Welcome to PrimeShopDeals (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the relationship between PrimeShopDeals and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "you"). Delivery times generally range from 8 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that additional time may apply for certain specific products or for shipments to remote destinations.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is outlined in our Return Policy. You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns of sale items or gift cards are not accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or does not match the description.
Order Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming it.

7. Responsibility for Address Errors

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We will not be held responsible for delivery errors if the address provided at the time of order is incorrect or incomplete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
